1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jili 10 platform (accessible at jili10.one and any associated mobile applications or services), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jili 10 platform and close your account. jili 10 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jili 10 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

jili 10 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that eligibility requirements are not met or where it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

jili 10 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide:

4 . Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jili 10 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash and PayMaya / Maya — deposits are processed instantly; withdrawals typically arrive within minutes.
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank — withdrawals typically clear within one (1) business hour.
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in your account wallet section. jili 10 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

jili 10 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jili 10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

9. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Account Suspension, Termination, and Dormancy

jili 10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jili 10 will notify you by email prior to applying a dormancy fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Real-money balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited without prior written notice and in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jili 10 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact jili 10 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process before any court proceedings are initiated. Any legal proceedings not resolved through PAGCOR shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
